The Juneau County Republican Party is ALIVE and was very ACTIVE in 2024. With new members and volunteers, we participated in county and local fairs, parades and gun shows. Our Lincoln Dinner at the Legion Post in Mauston was a huge success with over 100 attendees and seven great speakers. At each event we campaigned for the Trump race to the Presidency and state candidates. Hundreds of yard signs were distributed along with large signs at strategic locations. Members attended fundraising events, knocked on doors or made phone calls. Thankfully, most of the candidates we promoted won. Congrats to President Trump, Derrick Van Orden, Tom Tiffany, Patrick Testin, Scott Krug, Tony Kurtz and Nancy VanderMeer. We promoted fiscal responsibility in our schools by winning a NO vote to the Mauston school district's referendum-a fight that is still to be won. We raised funds to be used to help fiscally responsible candidates run for school boards and local offices. We are proud that we have members like Mike Berger who is running for school board in Necedah and Sandy Delarosa and Ken VanDoren running in Mauston in April of 2025. Marge Berger is running for supervisor in the Town of Necedah. Running for office does not mean winning, but we are happy for anyone willing to step up to do their civic duty. There are so many more openings and everyone should be tired of seeing the same names on their ballots every election! We are working hard for the taxpayers of Juneau County. DONATE to the Juneau County Republican Party so we can continue the work we do for you! VOLUNTEER your time to make our work a success!
2025 brings a new challenge. Brad Schimel MUST win the seat on Wisconsin's Supreme Court. It is almost as important for Wisconsin as Trump was for the nation. Without him, every conservative policy in our state will be overturned through legislation. Act 10, which saved our state billions of dollars is already on the chopping block. Abortion will be next. Wasteful spending will continue. VOLUNTEER to campaign for Brad Schimel. Follow our Facebook page for open hours at our headquarters to get yard signs and handouts for the Schimel April election campaign.
Juneau County NEEDS change. Our residents are being overtaxed by the inability of county board and school board members, departments and committees to STOP their wasteful spending and manage our money responsibly. Candidates for County Board positions are desperately needed to run in 2025. We have resources and can help in your campaign.
